What is Analytics+?
Analytics+ is a web-based analysis platform that enables researchers to explore, curate, and interpret their genetic and environmental data – without needing coding expertise. Designed specifically for OneDArT users, Analytics+ provides intuitive tools to carry out high-quality analyses and generate insightful visualisations, all within a point-and-click interface.
Whether you’re working with SNP genotyping, metadata, or environmental variables, Analytics+ makes it easy to import datasets, apply filters, detect outliers, and explore patterns in your data. The platform includes over 170 inbuilt analytical functions, covering a wide range of standard and advanced workflows – from quality control to population structure and diversity analysis. Users can perform these analyses without writing a single line of code.
Analytics+ is fully integrated with the OneDArT platform, ensuring seamless access to your project data and complete traceability from raw samples through to final visual outputs.

DartR
Analytics plus includes the dartR module featuring over 115 analytical functions for genetic diversity studies, population structure analysis,
and relatedness metrics. The dartR OneDArT app supports seamless workflows that guide users through various data processing stages while maintaining flexibility for experienced researchers.
Reporting
The reporting feature for creating detailed publication-ready reports that can be exported in various formats, including PDF and CSV. This module enhances data accessibility and presentation, supporting research dissemination.
Dart Soft 14
